EEGLAB plugin and standalone MATLAB toolbox for the analysis of the Heartbeat-Evoked Potential (HEP). Automates R-wave and T-wave detection from raw ECG with an interactive GUI for artifact correction, and exports events directly to EEGLAB’s EEG structure.
